Supplying files

For the correct processing of your design, it is important to supply your files in a suitable format and with sufficient quality. Below you will find the main guidelines.

Print-ready files

Combined files

Does your design contain text, logos, illustrations and photos? You can then supply these as a single file, for example as a PDF, AI or CDR.

Additional artwork

Adjusting or technically processing supplied files may involve additional time and costs. By supplying your files as completely as possible, you can avoid unnecessary additional costs. Are you unsure about the correct file format or the quality of your file? Please feel free to contact us.

How to supply your files?
Approval

Before we start production, you will always receive a proof for review and approval. Production only starts after you have approved the design, unless otherwise clearly agreed in advance.
